We believe in giving individuals responsibility and allowing them the freedom to really do their job, grow in their role and constantly learn. We want our team to constantly develop new skills, gain professional qualifications and be the best they can be in their field.

We genuinely enjoy spending time together as a team both in and out of work. Our offices are friendly and there are plenty of opportunities to socialise. As part of the working day we have initiatives such as ‘lunch and learn’, where members of the team share their expertise in particular areas to the benefit of the whole team.

Perhaps most importantly we truly value working as a team and believe that as well as a lot of hard work, life at Civic Engineers should be fun too.
