We were initially commission by Theakston Land to develop an infrastructure strategy and design to deliver ‘service development platforms’ for a Phase 1 development of 350 residential properties.
The works included adoptable SUDs surface water drainage, an adoptable foul water, earthworks, foundation strategies and utility service procurement and diversions.
The enabled sites were subsequently developed by Barratt Homes and Bellway Homes constructing 310 dwelling using standard house types. In addition, Thirteen Group intend to construct 40 affordable properties within a plot on the eastern boundary of the site.
We undertook infrastructure design for all three developers including S38 highways, S104 drainage and foundation detailing.
