Key info

Parsons Green Depot, Fulham

This TFL owned site has not been in use for transport purposes for many years, the remaining workshop spaces and offices were sublet to various small businesses. It is a prime development location with excellent transport links and has been identified as a site to help raise money for TFL’s programme of upgrades to the transport network.

A new mixed use development comprising office, retail and leisure space; and 120 new residential units is proposed. Working with Maccreanor Lavington Architects, Civic Engineers have prepared civil, structural and highways engineering designs, and numerous documents for the planning submission. These include the Transport Assessment, Travel Plan, Flood Risk Assessment, Demolition Management Plan and Basement Method Statement.

Close collaboration with London Underground Asset Protection Engineers was required to understand and respect the constraints presented by the rail viaduct running alongside the site.
