17 Promotions Across the Practice!

We’re proud to announce a host of promotions across our Manchester, Leeds, London and Glasgow studios. In total, seventeen of our talented team members have recently been promoted, giving us the opportunity to recognise their hard work and contribution during a time of continued growth for the business.

Here at Civic Engineers, we believe that there should be no barriers to promotion and progression within the Practice. Whilst we do have a six-month review cycle where the team can be promoted as part of those rounds, we feel strongly we don’t want them to wait for a vacancy for them to receive the recognition they’ve worked hard for. Our approach is very much one that focusses on providing everyone with the flexibility and freedom to speak up if they believe they are adding value and contributing at a particular level and feel ready to take on increased responsibility. All our team who have enjoyed promotions in recent weeks have displayed the values and behaviours that are key to our culture and were keen to take on additional responsibility.

As we all start the new year refreshed and refocused on what lies ahead for a busy and exciting year for us, we’re thrilled to take this opportunity to celebrate our team and their much-deserved promotions as below…
