Property Week ESG awards: triple shortlist recognition
We’re celebrating being shortlisted for a trio of awards at Property Week’s ESG awards, including the prestigious ‘consultancy of the year’ accolade.
Launched this year, Property Week’s ESG awards will celebrate the industry leaders driving positive change, including those benefitting people, communities and the planet.
Alongside being up for ‘consultancy of the year’, two of our projects are shortlisted:
- Altrincham public realm is shortlisted for ‘outstanding placemaking – small scheme’. The multi-award-winning project has been hailed a blueprint for resilient town centre regeneration, transforming Altrincham from a former ‘ghost town’ to The Sunday Times’ Best Place To Live. Read more about it’s recent ICE North West award win here.
- Northfield Grove in Edinburgh is shortlisted for ‘excellence in site regeneration’. The project is transforming Northfield Grove into a climate-adapted neighbourhood, with attractive, multi-functional green infrastructure and sustainable rainwater drainage, providing a rich environment within which residents and nature can flourish. Find out more about the project here.
Judges commended the achievements of all those shortlisted, after receiving ‘a very high standard of entries’. Catch up on the full shortlist here.
We’re looking forward to attending the awards, which will be held on 12 November. It follows a flurry of industry recognition, including winning ‘Consultancy Team of the Year’ at Insider North West Property awards.
