I started working at Civic Engineers in October 2020 after previously working at Buro Happold where I collaborated with Civic on the Mayfield Project.

I see engineering as a great practical application of problem solving, every project is different each with a new challenge and unique solutions, I am really lucky that my job lets me be creative everyday!

I graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2007 with an MEng in Civil Engineering, and became a Chartered member of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management in 2016.

I really enjoy seeing the wider impact that the projects I work on can have from solving flooding problems to creating spaces that people want to enjoy and spend time in.

Outside of work I enjoy cooking, cycling, craft beer and am currently getting to grips with fatherhood with my daughter Celia being born this year.
