My name is Ben Farmer and I work as an IT analyst. I’ve had a passion for computers and technology from being very young, and fondly remember playing games on the family PC at 4 years old.

I much prefer to work hands on, and being in an IT role allows me to do this a lot, from installing new components to expanding networks, and carrying out projects from beginning to end. In my spare time, I enjoy gaming, attending live music events, and going out with friends.

I’m heavily interested in new technology such as VR (Virtual Reality) headsets, and how this will impact the future of socialising, gaming, and media consumption. Keeping up to date with advancements in consumer and business technology has become a hobby for me, and it is always interesting to find new ways to interact with a computer and carry out a task.
