I’ve worked as a structural technician now for nearly 25 years for a number of engineering consultancies in London. I’ve been involved in delivering a large amount of high value projects including being the BIM Lead for the structural team on the Francis Crick Institute with a project value of over 650 million pounds. During my career I’ve gained a real appreciation for the attention to detail required to successfully deliver a project effectively and within the all-important time scales we all must work too. I thrive in learning new technologies and software as our part of the industry drives forward at great pace with exciting changes still to come, I’m sure! Outside of work I’m a keen sportsman and have a lovely home with my wife, 6-year-old daughter and Molly our Cavapoo where I’m largely outnumbered by the ladies in my life.
