Recently we had a visit from photographer Morley von Sternberg as part of the National Association of Women in Construction, ‘Image of Women in Construction’ project. A number of our talented female team members volunteered to take part. They were keen to get involved to showcase their passion for their jobs and also to inspire other women to join the industry and show the younger generation that a career in engineering and the wider construction industry is a great choice. Here are the images that Morley managed to capture of our team at our Manchester Studio in Carver’s Warehouse – a building that provided us with a great backdrop and one that we were proud to engineer.
