Here are some of our Engineers taking part in our Chartership Preparation Group.

We encourage, support and mentor all our talented engineers to work towards achieving Chartership status. Chartered Engineers are highly qualified and it is one of the most recognisable international engineering qualifications. This means it is an extremely demanding and rigorous process with a considerable amount of work done outside of working hours.

Chartership status can be achieved through career appraisal which involves demonstrating the necessary skills, ability and development through work that is done on a daily basis for our clients. It can also be achieved through training groups such as the one pictured here. During the training group sessions, different topics are explored and experience gained in different areas.
