Creativity as a sustainable catalyst: Leah to speak at Regen 2024
How can we make, design and communicate the future built environment to meet the challenges of the climate crisis and the demands of the next generation?
On 10th September, our director Leah Stuart will join an expert panel at the Regen 2024 conference to discuss how we can engage with young people and hear their creative issues and voices.
The panel will explore creativity as a catalyst for sustainability and value, looking to examples from Manchester and beyond for inspiration on the way forward. Panellists will include:
- Andrew Thomson, director at BCA Landscape
- Jo Harrop, director at PLACED
- Leah Stuart, director here at Civic Engineers
- Steve Connor, founder and director at Creative Concern
Creativity is at the heart of our engineering design at Civic Engineers, and we’re proud to share how it can facilitate positive change in the world through its impact and influence on the built and natural environment.
Taking place at Liverpool’s Titanic Hotel, the one day Regen conference will bring together people at the forefront of UK regeneration.
You can find out more and get your tickets here.
We look forward to attending the event and hearing the insights on latest urban regeneration trends and creating sustainable and resilient communities, and connecting with many of our clients and collaborators.
