Dan Podesta, associate director in our Manchester studio, is set to join Place North’s future of the office and workspace update on 10^th October.

Taking place in person, the event will explore how the sector is responding to dramatically shifting employment patterns accelerated by technology and the pandemic.

As part of talk, Dan and panellists will explore one of our projects, the transformation of Wigan’s 1970s civic centre into a sustainable modern workspace, which is set to be a victory for retrofit projects nationwide. You can find out more about the project here.

The panel will dig into the project to look at how the project team have tackled energy efficiency, carbon, viability, and what the scheme means for the future of the sector.
