A precast concrete panelised frame residential scheme in Birmingham comprising of 324 apartments over 2 blocks of up to 24 storeys at the heart of the city, just five minutes from Birmingham New Street Station.

We were appointed to design the precast concrete frame, its procurement and client-side monitoring of the manufacture and installation of the frame. We also provided value engineering proposals for the complex groundworks and substructures, adjacent to a live Network Rail tunnel. A two storey basement car park sits below the apartments and street level amenities.
