Hi everyone, I’m Anh, a Chartered Accountant with career experience in both practice and industry.

I started my career with Deloitte LLP specialising in external audit. In 2017 I moved to ASM Global, a global leader in the events management industry where I was mentored by the European CFO. I gained invaluable experience in the operation of a multi-national group, and I grew to become a key member of the senior finance team, contributing to shaping the Group Finance function.

I have a keen interest in data analytics and I strive to add value to the business by translating data to a meaningful, lively, and forward looking picture. Civic Engineers is the perfect place to embrace my professional curiosity and pursue my passion not only for finance but also for contributing to the better good.

Outside of work, I am a normal girl with a big appetite. I spend my free time exploring new hidden places for exciting food (and beverages). I compensate for eating just anything new and exciting by playing sports and being outside in large open spaces.

I love being around the ocean on a red hot day. When I was younger, my family would go to the beach every summer, and every now and again we would sail out in the ocean for a spontaneous swim. Below is a picture of me in my home country Vietnam taken by our family’s designated picture-taker (my mom, as she can’t swim). The ocean calms me, and whenever I’m in a pickle, I would look back at this memory as it reminds me to dream big, because the possibilities are endless…
