2023 wrapped: celebrating our team’s achievements
2023 has been a bumper year for continued growth across our practice, and our talented team has truly excelled in delivering exceptional work and through their commitment to learning and development.
To celebrate their hard work and contribution, we promoted 39 team members across our practice throughout the year. This included Richard Dowdall and Craig Turner, who were promoted to regional director in Manchester and Glasgow respectively, while Andrew Elder, Chris Kendrick, Dan Podesta, Mike Foster and James Travers were all promoted to associate director.
Andrea McGee, Tom Clark and Erik Stopp were promoted to senior civil engineer, while Monica Holling, Dominique Pitman, Ryan Daniell, Tom Hogan and Andrew Peebles were promoted to senior structural engineer.
Martin Battle, Ian Bennett and Rhys Williams were promoted to senior associate, while Simon Keating, Emily Ingham, Charlotte Cameron, Harriet Browning, James Bloomfield and Emilie Leclerc were made up to associate alongside Claire Young, who was also named sustainability lead.
Elsewhere, Darshan Chiba, Isaac Bass, Temesgen Salasebew and Ffion Morris were promoted to structural design engineer and Claudia Ross, Bryn Webb, Ross Campbell and Sinead Gilmour were promoted to civil design engineer.
In our technician team, Paul Mellor was made up to associate engineering technician, Alfred Brewster was promoted to civil engineering technician and Lewis Griffith was promoted to senior technician.
In our support team, Kiera Gordon was promoted to bidding and communications coordinator, Laurie Latham was promoted to head of quality and risk management and Jess McCarthy was promoted to finance manager.
