Insider has announced the shortlist for the North West Property Awards 2024, and we’re proud to be shortlisted for ‘Consultancy Team of the Year.’

The awards celebrate the region’s outstanding agencies, construction firms, developers, architectural practices, consultancies and developments, championing the success of its commercial property market.

This year’s finalists were chosen after a lengthy judging process by a panel of industry experts. Competition was particularly fierce, with more than 130 nominations across the 15 categories.

Eden at New Bailey – a project we were appointed to as structural and civil engineer – has also been shortlisted for the ‘Commercial Development of the Year’ and ‘Purpose-led Innovation’ award categories in recognition of its environmental credentials.

With Europe’s largest living wall, innovative structural and civil engineering and groundbreaking sustainability credentials, Eden at New Bailey is a pioneer for the future of climate sensitive development worldwide.
