Paul Morris to speak at IEMA webinar on ‘Natural Capital’
Our director Paul Morris is due to speak at an IEMA (Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment) online webinar on ‘Natural Capital: Practical Application’ on Tuesday 26th March at 12:00pm – 1:00pm.
IEMA is the global professional body for everyone working in environment and sustainability. Their webinar series aims to inspire businesses and industries to learn from one another and take action to champion sustainability.
The webinar will focus on the lessons learned from applying natural capital approaches to delivering nature-positive projects on the ground. Drawing on case study projects, the panel will explore the implementation and delivery of blue-green infrastructure schemes and nature-based solutions.
Paul will join an expert panel, including:
- Rachael Rhodes, Principal Ecologist, Merseyside Environmental Services
- Julie Waldron, Climate Change Programme Manager, The City of Edinburgh Council
- Chris Moss, Senior Consultant, Greengage Environmental Ltd
Speakers will share lessons learned, including how natural capital approach informs investment, design and implementation decisions, and how things play out in reality.
