We have been appointed as Civil & Structural Engineers by Salcaul on this £9m residential-led development on Higher Green Lane in Astley. 

The scheme is comprised of 32 apartments across five blocks, a restaurant and associated landscaping. Cartwright & Gross are the Architects, with work expected to start on site in the summer.
