The first phase of the public realm improvements in Altrincham Town centre, which link the new transport interchange with the Market House, was completed in November 2015 and we are currently working with Trafford Council to procure Phase 2 which will see significant improvements to Stamford New Road, the town’s main vehicular through route.

Councillor Michael Young, Altrincham Forward Board member and Executive Member for Economic Growth and Planning, said: “We are delighted with the final look and feel of the newly improved public realm in Altrincham. The high quality materials have transformed key areas of the town, bringing a sense of light and space to the town centre, and complementing some of the town’s most attractive buildings, in particular Market House”.

As well as engineering the public realm improvements we are structural, civil and transport engineers on the South Trafford Health and Wellbeing Centre located in the town; the scheme received planning approval in February 2016.
