Teaming up with Regeneration Brainery for UKREiiF to help create opportunities for young people
We’re proud to announce we are partnering with Regeneration Brainery at UKREiiF to support the team with creating opportunities for its young cohort.
Regeneration Brainery is an award-winning social mobility programme that helps young people access pathways into property and regeneration careers. It has worked with almost 6,000 young people, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds, since it was established in 2017, providing bootcamps, mentoring and industry placements to support them to take a step into the industry.
Our partnership follows on from our collaboration at MIPIM earlier this year, and we’ll be teaming up to support the Regeneration Brainery cohort at this year’s UKREiiF.
As the official charity partner for UKREiiF, Regeneration Brainery takes a cohort of ‘brainees’ to the conference each year. It’s a brilliant opportunity to expand their network, have their voice in the conversation, and our very own Civic Engineers team will spend time with the brainees and ambassadors sharing the UKREiiF experience.
Katrina Davis, our director of communications and culture, said: “We’re committed to having a positive impact on communities and championing diversity and inclusion within the built environment so we can thrive together.
“Regeneration Brainery does exceptional work inspiring young people, forging links in the industry and raising awareness of the value of greater diversity. We couldn’t be prouder to be partnering with such an important cause and sharing our insight, expertise and experiences as we work together for a better future. Our team will be out in force supporting the brainees across the UKREiiF week, so come and say hello if you spot us!”
