Vita Coventry

A new build student residential scheme made up of 2 towers, 11 and 14 storeys respectively.  Designed by Leeds based architects Fuse, the striking building in the heart of Coventry will provide 496 studios with a ground floor of ‘hub space’ and an external courtyard, all only 300m from Coventry railway station.  The building overlooking Greyfriars Green Park means that there is immediate access to a lush green space.

We are acting as civil and structural engineers on the project, working alongside Fuse Architects and Faithful and Gould (Project Managers).  Bowmer and Kirkland (contractors) came on boards at stage 3.  Due to complete in 2022.
